7AC Technologies develops revolutionary Ultra Efficient Liquid Desiccant HVAC systems for Commercial and Industrial buildings, delivering 50 to 75% reduction in energy over conventional HVAC units. 7AC licenses 7 patents from National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) and has independently filed 16 applications. We target high temperature and humidity climates and buildings with high cooling loads.

The HVAC consists of a membrane conditioner, responsible for drying and cooling the air, and a regenerator, for re concentrating desiccant. The liquid desiccant design allows for the utilization of waste heat sources, paving the way for true net-zero energy retrofits and payback of 1-2 years.

Depending on usage, the increase in efficiency can translate to savings of $350 and a reduction of carbon foot print by more than two metric tons in one summer. At a price to the consumer after rebate of $350 this device can pay for itself in the first season.

ERD (eQsolaris), has developed a solar technology that is disruptive in its simplicity, flexibility, and potential to break the $500/kWatt cost barrier that has prevented photovoltaic arrays from becoming competitive with conventional power sources. Modeled after a leaf, nature’s most efficient solar energy collector, patent-protected eQarrays will use trace amounts of silicon to deliver solar electricity at one-fourth the cost of conventional solar arrays. Thin and flexible, the arrays will incorporate an integrated method of fault correction to ensure operation of the entire array even if a cell is damaged.

PearlLED has partners in India and Vietnam and is looking for growth capital to fill customers’ orders.
